How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team and we will help arrange it. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account's billing portal. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period and are not charged again. Cancellation details and any refund mechanics are also covered by Paddle's Refund Policy.
